Thank you for shopping with Kaylon! Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
  • Expedited Shipping: [2–3 business days]
  • Overnight Shipping: [1–2 business days]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers to deliver your order, including:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL Express

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.


5. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

If international shipping is available, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Kaylon is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
